JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an Account Manager Assistant that can handle the accounts of multiple clients and provide them with updates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Preparing project progress reports for account managers
  • Handle the accounts of multiple clients and provide them with updates
  • Coordinating schedules and meetings
  • Assist in delivering presentations to clients
  • Presents all the accounts related reports to the accounts manager.
  • Possessing knowledge of sales, marketing and advertising principles
  • Understanding the needs of clients with diverse services and products
  • Submit regular status reports
  • Respond to customer requests
  • Maintain data and records
  • Responsible for transferring the accounting data into software 

REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Proficient in Office 365 and Power BI
  • Knowledgeable with Bluebeam
  • Excellent communication abilities (oral and written)
  • Attention to detail
  • Outstanding organizational skills
