JOB DESCRIPTION
We are in need of Admin assistant

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Enter ownerships, properties and tenancies into Property Tree
  • Process tenancy applications (employment check, current landlord reference, NTD check)
  • Prepare tenancy documentation
  • Schedule routine inspections and finalise inspection reports
  • Keep Smoke Alarm Register up-to-date
  • Prepare lease renewals
  • Attend to and follow up property maintenance as per Property Manager’s instructions
  • Emailing tenants and owners various tenancy documents
  • Update/maintain Property Tree records
  • Maintain database
  • Maintain accurate electronic filing records

REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Proficient in English
  • Proficient in using these applications: Property Tree, Realworks, Eagle Agent, 1form, Inspection Manager
  • Must be personable, confident, organized, service focused and have a positive attitude.
  • Neutral accent
