Our growing OFFSURE team is adding a great deal of value for the Attune group.

For us, it was not about letting our local Australian staff go or reducing cost. We explored the offshoring initiative because we wanted to lengthen our runway. At first, we were unsure if it was right for us, but we went ahead because unlike other providers it was low risk with no lock in contracts, so we coulk walk away quickly if it was not working. We started with 2 people in finance and ICT and we not have 7 great people across finance, ICT, Client Contact Centre and Marketing.
